We interrupt windows for an announcement on railings

This one bothered me from the time we moved in. The front railings were peeling, flaking, and generally looked terrible. At the top and bottom rails, paint was flaking off and rust bubbling up.

After: no flaking or bubbling paint. Better than before, but not perfect...
