Of the many hyacinth bulbs I planted in November 2016, the purple mix was the most impressive. I posted-dated this entry to April 20, the date of this photo, and only just now (May 16) are they fading! Very impressive. I cut two stalks on May Day to enjoy inside and the scent filled the entire house. I've also enjoyed the grape hyacinth flowers that popped up early and have lasted forever!
