Doth thy basil bounty runneth over? Toss whole leaves into your salad for very pleasant interruptions of that boring spinach. I'm enjoying my lunch salad at this very moment: basil leaves, spinach, feta, corn that I cut from roasted cobs, and slices of garden fresh tomatoes. It's salad, but I don't mind. It's delicious!
