The other bathroom/last bathroom renovation

After years of pining to start this project, it's finally time to demolish and renovate the main bathroom on the second floor of the house. When we bought this house in 2014, the second-floor bathroom was a little, well, underwhelming. It was, just okay, fine. 

Here's what we were dealing with:
