Our house dates from 1929. Construction started in late 1929 and finished in early 1930, according to permits in the house file at Village Hall. The local historical society has been selling historical markers for homes as a fundraiser for the past few years and I finally bought one for us in the fall. I have more research to add to the story of our house--and more research to do--but it's more of a winter project!
