We started seeds in the basement for this year's square foot gardening effort! I know that I'm feeling a lot more hopeful about our chances this year for a successful garden because I'm not in school anymore (yay!), Nate isn't occupied with his certificate program (yay!), and we both have more time to spend on fun things. This is a fun thing for us!

I'm especially excited about the romanesco, Brussels sprouts, sorrel, and purslane. These are new for us and I'm curious to see how they'll do.
