Quick note: 2015 garden bounty still holding out

The garden was so fruitful last year that we stashed what we couldn't eat in the freezer. We continue to benefit from this several months later and I love it. Just tonight, I used frozen rainbow chard to make this recipe from Deb Perelman's fabulous smittenkitchen.com.

Green pancakes! FOR DINNER! Delicious. And we even had a salad to complete the meal. 

This is one we are printing for the "what's for dinner tonight?" folder.
